Our work began with lowering the existing windows to improve the proportions of the façade. This subtle change helped give the building a refreshed look, more in keeping with the Coffee#1 brand. We also created new sills, carefully crafted to match the style of the original stonework, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-term durability. As part of the restoration, we restored several architectural features, including the old letterbox, night safe, and cashpoint. New stone sections were seamlessly pieced in to fill voids, blending with the original stonework and preserving the architectural integrity of the building. To complete the project, we applied our ThermaTech Steam Cleaning system to the lower face elevation. This environmentally friendly method removed years of weathered staining, revealing the stone's natural beauty and giving the entire façade a refreshed, clean appearance.
