Randell Construction contacted us to carry our stone repairs to Pine Grange apartment block whilst ongoing cleaning and decoration of the exterior of the building were undertaken.
The building, located near the sea, was built over 100 years ago and the Bath stonework was showing some signs of decay and in need of attention.
The proposal was to investigate and carry out repairs using Bath stone restoration mortar to all four elevations, but on further inspection, a small number of areas required replacement stonework as they were deemed beyond repair.
