Due to water penetration in the Estates onsite Chapel we were commissioned to remove the Pulpit and chancel wall so renovation could commence. This was to be rebuilt and stored in another area of the estate whilst renovations were carried out of several years.
The delicate nature of dismantling, storing, and rebuilding such intricate stonework was undertaken by our highly skilled stonemasons and every step was taken to make sure each individual piece was marked and mapped accordingly.
Once all the renovations were complete, we were able to rebuild the pulpit and chancel wall back in their original position in the chapel.
